For years, I wrestled with the uncertainty in my relationship—one moment believing we could make it work, the next wondering if I was asking for too much. The emotional back-and-forth was exhausting, leaving me feeling drained and disconnected from myself, and unsure of what I really wanted. No matter which path I considered, neither felt right, and the weight of indecision took a toll on my well-being.

Friends and family, though well-meaning had their own opinions. But deep down, I knew that this was my decision to make—no one else's. I needed to understand myself, my desires, and my values within the context of my relationship before I could move forward with confidence.

One of the hardest moments came as I sat in my craft room, overwhelmed and sobbing, repeating to a power greater than myself, "I don't want to go through this!"I felt stuck, lost, and unsure of how to move forward.

But within the uncertainty, I found comfort in rediscovering myself—through painting, meditation, yoga, and long, soul-searching hikes. I sought peace in the quiet of a Buddhist temple and the warmth of deep conversations with friends. Over time, I began to trust my own inner wisdom rather than searching for answers outside myself.

Now, as a relationship coach for childfree women, I help others find the same clarity, courage and self-trust that I once struggled to find.
